what would happen if you were to have a system in place such that you were able to remove water?

Catalysts only lower the activation energy of a reaction - they do not change the distribution of products and starting materials in themselves.

We try not to spoon-feed solutions in this forum - it is a group for helping people learn to solve problems. So come on, at least try to think about the answer!

How do you remove water from a solution? What else could you add or remove to drive the reaction?

Are you familiar with LeChatelier's principle?

You could add more reactants
You could increase or decrease the temperature depending on the ethalpy

dont know if this helps
