Any recommendations? Anyone know of a place that does it promptly and for a good price?

I'm pretty proud of who I work for: www.aspenresearch.com. Jerry Olson is a direct contact.

On the east coast, there is Galbraith Laboratories and Atlantic Microlabs.   I have dealt with both, and was always happy with either, but I liked the service at Atlantic better.

However, if you can find a closer place, university lab, or local company, that might be cheaper both in fees and shipping.   There are a surprising number of small companies that do their own analyses, and some will do outside ones for a reasonable cost to help pay for the equipment.

The Analytical Chemistry Group at the University of Missouri Research Reactor specializes in elemental analysis. Because they have a reactor, they can perform neutron activation analysis. But they also have a variety of ICP instrumentation, including high resolution and multi-collector units. They provide commercial service work - their website is http://acg.missouri.edu if you want more info.
