Scaling up of Ultrasonication for dispersion process

Hii
   My project is to scale up the ultrasonication process for dispersing CNTs in epoxy resin to commercial scale.
I need some help in designing the sonicator. as in what parameters are to be considered etc.
Any suggestions are appreciated..
