the picture is not clear.

an methyl group, I - attached to the cycloalkane
CHCl is attached to the benzene ring

Chiral carbon should have four different substituents (including hydrogen).
Hence your compound has 3 chiral carbon atoms.

Generally, the sp3 hybridised carbon atom that has 4 different substituent groups attached to it is a chiral carbon
