The above structures are under meta deactivators in O-chem.But I feel that I have taken down it wrong in my book..What maybe the correct two structures that looks like the above two drawings..hope this clarify...

No clarification yet, is that the structure shown in the book or have you missed out bits? If so pleas post the full structure.

Sorry I can't help you with this, it makes little sense and I don"t want to confuse you by giving a false answer.

I think he means meta-directing groups in electrophilic aromatic substitution?

But still no clear question...

No need to be rude about it.
If you would formulate a proper question and present it in a readable way we may be able to help you. But, as it is, it is not clear enough.
If you are not prepared to do this don't expect anything reasonable coming back from me. I can't speak for others here.

Is there any chance that the two H's are really two N's?  H's don't make chemical sense.

Given the order they are listed my best guess it the upper one is meant to be an acid halide (H should be O)  while the the lower one should be a ketone ( H should be C=O).

That makes some sense..

Are u telling something that -HR should be -NR like the one in Imide

and -COHX should be -CONX ?

any acyl group is going to be m directing and deactivating when the carbonyl is bonded to the benzene ring, no matter what kind of other linkage might be on the other side of the carbonyl.

And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. [Genesis 1:3]

@Shalikadm: Now that´s what I call a proper drawn chemical structure. I think you should also read about some basics. It seems you´re not familiar with these. Otherwise you wouldn´t have drawn something spooky like "-H-R".
