Neutralization titration[graph]

I wanna know if this titration curve is good calculated and if the models are good.

I don't like the very beginning of the curve and the equivalence point. pH after addition of 5 mL of base is wrong, should be 2.65, not 2.47. And equivalence point is off by over 2 pH units.

Hey tell me why is it wrong at 5 ml:

pH=pka+log[cs/ca]

2,47=3,745+log[0,5/9,5] my sample
Write equation. Please

There is no simple equation. When you calculate exact pH turns out formic acid is strong enough to dissociate a little bit more (your calculation was based on the assumption neutralization is solely responsible for the ratio of formic acid and formate). See this related post.
