« on: June 26, 2012, 01:03:50 AM »
i run HPLC for water soluble vitamin.

The product is around 500,000 IU/gm.or 100,000 iu/gm

We run 6 injection of same standard and sasmple and check std. % rsd method.

I am also confused in doing final calculation.

Please help me out with examples if you can.

I am new at my job.

You already asked this question. You didn't get any help, for at least two reasons:

1. You have to show your attempts at solving the question to receive help. This is a forum policy.

2. Question is vague. It is rather obvious that the answer can be found using ratios, but it is not clear what you know, and what you are given.
