I get 3 (1 trans and 2 cis) but my book says 2. Am I correct?

No, I suspect your two cis complexes are the same. If you rotate them you should see they are not different.

No, I suspect your two cis complexes are the same. If you rotate them you should see they are not different.

Clearly, they are non-superimposable.
