Classes of atmospheric pollutants
« on: December 08, 2005, 01:47:39 PM »
I've been told that there are two great classes (categories) of atmospheric pollutants. Does anyone know which are they (their names) ?? And one other thing: what kind of equipments could be use to avoid or repair in each case? if somebody could help me naming a few for each class i would be very grateful. Thanks!

Hmm... it could be the ones that form acid rain and the ones that don't.

It could also be the ones that break up easily or that are easilt removed from the atmosphere and those that are not so easy to remove.

I suppose it depends more on the context of the question :-)

Cheers,
