hello friend, my name zik and I have a question about calculating the actual concentration of phosphate in 355ml of softdrink by using UV-Visible instrument

I ve got the sample concentration. use ppm or mg/L

Cola sample: 1.0516 ppm  (mg/l)

the cola procedure (in case needed)

i)   0.4ml of degassed soft drink was measured and transferred to 50ml of volumetric flask. It was then added with 10ml of reagent R.
ii)   The solution was then added with distilled water until the mark. The volumetric flask was shaken.

 the question is, how to calculate the actual concentration of phosphate in 355 ml of cola drink?? this experiment use molybdenum method.. do i need to consider a dilution factor?

wavelength = 750nm
correlation factor= 0.9980
min R^2= 0.95000

the Absorbance equation
A= 0.02083 X Conc

I really need it for understanding better in chemistry huhu
