W = RTΔn... Δn ???

W = RTΔn ... here in reactions only moles of gas are cosidered like Δn = moles of gaseous products - moles of gaseous reactants... why moles of solids and liquids are not considered??

Because they don't change in Volume.

PV = nRT is the equation applicable only for gases.
