Theoretical minimum detectable weight of aspirin in titration?

Hi guys, for a question that wants you to calculate the minimum detectable weight of aspirin in an acid base titration, with Ka value given, how is it done? Thanks for any pointers :)

you can use this equation
pH of Equivalence point of weak acid or base analyte
=  14 - 0.5*[ pKb + p[base] ] for weak acid
Kb is the conjugate base of the acid

Where's the weight in that equation? I am a little confused.
