Reaction Stoichiometry and Yield

A sample of iron weighing 2.763 g is dissolved in 1.00 M HCl.
When an excess of Na2S solution is added to the above solution, FeS precipitates.
What mass of FeS should be obtained?

I know the answer depends on the initial amount of metal, since the other reagents are assumed to be in sufficient abundance to cause all of the metal to react. (The metal is the ''limiting reagent''.).  But I honestly do not know where to go from there.  Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.   :)

Start by writing balanced equations for the reactions taking place.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
