What do you mean by a trans acid? One with a double bond between the acid groups?

I know by using acetic anyhride, by removing water molecule (heating).

You can make mixed anhydrides from symmetrical ones, but not by removing water.
In your case how else could you try and prepare the anhydride. (This is a theoretical question because in this case I do not think it will form due to ring constraints).
