Hi,

I've got some tissue embedded in Historesin Plus (Leica). How can I dissolve Historesin Plus while keeping as much of the tissue intact? I intend to perform LCMS on the tissue extracts.

I've tried acetone and acetone+chloroform at various concentrations, but none worked.

I have limited no. of test samples, so if anyone's successfully dissolved it or has suggestions, please *delete me* Thanks
