Question about Calorimetry Lab
« on: October 04, 2012, 11:52:24 PM »
So, I was doing a calorimetry lab and the first thing we had to do was calculate the C value for  the cup, and my C value was around 75. After that we did reactions like HCL + NAOH in the cup and got a tempature change. I'm confused as to what I would do with the first C value? Would I use it in the q=mcΔt? Or would I just assume 4.18.
