What is the IUPAC name of [itex]CH_3CH=NNCONH_2[/itex]?
I am horrible at chemistry.I am always liable to fail my chemistry exams.So, sorry for stupid questions.

From what I can make out from the picture it is
(E)-2-ethylidenehydrazinecarboxamide
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

It should be then CH3CH=NNHCONH2

The TES wrote CH3CH=NNCONH2 this is different to CH3CH=NNHCONH2

Surely the latter will not satisfy the nitrogen valence?
