Can meso compounds form E/Z structures?

I have come apon a problem that is asking to find whether E/Z structures can be formed, and on one sp2 carbon there is a methyl group and ethyl group, and on the other sp2 carbon there is the same thing. Can meso compounds for e/z structures?

No meso compounds for olefins.
