Decomposition of H2O2 is a first order reaction

1/ What is the rate equation.
Possible Ans: Is this k[H2O2]?

2/ Calculate the inital rate of reaction at 298K if
[H2O2(aq)] is 0.15 mol dm-3
and Rate Coefficient is 4.5 x 10-6 s-1
Possible Ans: Is this just fill into the equation?
k[H2O2] = (4.5 x 10-6 s-1)(0.15 mol dm-3) = 6.75 x 10-7 M s-1
Do I have to do anything with the 298K?

Yes you are right. The temperature is probably just to make the question seem more realistic or give you "interesting" information.
