Food and drink fraud labs in the UK.

Are there any specific labs in the UK that deal with food and drink fraud? More specifically near Manchester but anywhere in the UK would do. Cheers,

Professor Roy goodacre at The university of manchester specialises in that exact thing.  You can find his details on google

Cheers for that. I'll send him an email. Do you know of any labs in the UK who deal with this specific topic? Just that I'm doing my dissertation on it and just thought it would be a good idea to get in contact with a few labs and possibly visit them to see how they analyse certain food and drinks. Cheers
