Net ionic equation

How i do a net ionic equation for this?

with iorn (II) sulphate produces iron (III) sulphate

You need oxidizing agent - unless you are asking about half-reaction.

To write a net ionic equation, you simply write an equation with all ions that are in solution before and after the reaction, then eliminate ions that appear on both sides.  In your case:

Fe2+ + SO42- -> Fe3+ + SO42-
Fe2+ -> Fe3+

Of course, this equation is not complete (the charges aren't balanced) but if you are looking for a simple net ionic equation, it would suffice.
