V.short Uncertainty question
«

Hi sorry for another question, this is regarding uncertainties.
I know that the uncertainty of a stopwatch is 0.2s. If I want to derive the uncertainty of an hour, do I divide 0.2 by 60?
Please help me!
Thank you so much!
