Like curiouscat: has implied, for very broad questions such as yours, you should start by using Google, then come back with specific questions.  We can't tell if you need coolant for a special application, or you're trying to put large manufacturers out of business from your garage, but we know the second case won't work.  We don't know what you mean by ingredients -- you could just read the bottle at the store for that, but you won't be able to buy components cheaper anywhere than there.  And you can't mix them at home any safer.
