You can now search ACS journals from the convenience of Chemical Forums with the search box to your left. Yes, I think we are all going to jail.

I briefly tried both the ACS and ScienceDirect journal searches, and they both seemed to work.

I couldn't read anything but the abstracts, but I doubt that is your mistake!

Not really. Here is a paper on volatile platinum complexes (I think) it is just a "platinum" paper I have downloaded but didn't really need so I haven't looked into it in detail. It seems to be from UC Berkeley (is this your uni?) maybe you know these people already?

What do you need it for? maybe I can email my old supervisor, he seemed to know everything about platinum.

No, its okay. If a stable isotope(3-10s) of element 110 is ever discovered, I want to be able to try some chemical systems with it. But, thats a couple decades down the road, I suspect.

Yeah, I'm familiar with the group, I have a good friend that works with Bob.

Sweet.  Using the Science Direct Search box and searching for "Photoisomerization of Green Fluorescent Protein", I was able to find the article I got published.  ;D
