What is the order of dipole moment among the -CF3, -CF2, -CF,- Fluorobenzene group?

Actually I want to compare the dipole moment of (2,3,4,5,6)-pentafluorophenyl group and CF3-terminated alkyl group.

Is there any way to calculate the dipole moment?

Can I calculate it with the angle of bonding and the difference of electronegativity of C, F?
