Net Ionic Equation (Both reactants soluble)
« on: February 17, 2013, 08:11:27 PM »
Trying to find the net ionic equation of:

KI + (NH4)2S2O8

Is it really just:
KI + (NH4)2S2O8 :rarrow: K+ + I- + 2NH4++ S2O82-

I've never seen it without an insoluble product, so am getting confused.

Consider if there are any possibilities for a reduction/oxidation reaction
