Cleaning of Sour Water Tanks

Any one knows that how to remove ammonia and H2S from sour water tank?
ammonia is 2000 ppm and H2S is 1000 ppm in the tank.
note this its tank cleaning not sour water treatment.
Anyone know procedure ?

Does any one know how to remove or neutralize ammonia in the tank.
