What would you use to synthesize Diethyl Maleate from Maleic Anhydride?

 I am required to synthesize Diethyl Maleate from Maleic Anhydride in a lab. Materials are limited and I really need help on how to go about it. Any bit of help will be appreciated! :)

I think the easiest way is to reflux maleic anhydride with ethanol.

I would also add a drop of sulfuric acid as catalyst.
