Calcualte the concentration of water and table salt, when 250 grams of table salt NaCl is in 3 liters of liquid. ??Table salt  has the moleculae mass of 58.5 gm per mol.

Per forum rules you should show your attempts at solving the problem before receiving help.

I've moved this posting from a more advanced sub-forum to High School chemistry, because it is a very early sort of problem.  You did some of the first steps in this older problem of yours:  http://www.chemicalforums.com/index.php?topic=64767.msg232965#msg232965  Can you use what you did there to begin to solve this problem?
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

Do you know any equations relating number of moles, volume and concentration?

First calculate the moles of NaCl via moles=mass/mr and then calculate the concentration by concentration=moles/volume.
