You must show you have attempted the question, this is a Forum Rule.

What do molality and mass percent mean? So what parameters do you need to extract from the data?

Right, okay. So at this point, I've tried  converting grams to moles, but I get really stuck with solution/solvent/solute stuff. So I guess my biggest enemy at the moment is units. That's really all I got.

Look at the definitions of molarity (M) and molality (m).  You have some information in common, and some that different.  Use the data you have to calculate what you need, to calculate what the question wants.  Truly, its all there.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
