That is where I'm stuck. I would guess that the palladium would have oxidation state +2, because of the thiocyanato and N(Me)2CH2CH2P(Ph)2 being a neutral ligand. So the metal's name won't change.
The CH2CH2P(Ph)2 I would think is (diphenylphosphino)ethane. Could it be named as dimethyl((diphenylphosphino)ethane)ammine ?
The whole name being, dimethyl((diphenylphosphino)ethane)amminedithiocyanatopalladium(II) ?
Are the brackets necessary?
