The pH of a .016M aqueous solution of p-toluidine is 8.60.  Calculate Kb.

I got 9.9 x 10^-10 as my answer, but the book says it is 1.0 x 10^-10.  What do I do?

Any Kb value between 9.677×10-10 and 1.013×10-9 will yield pH of 6.80 for this solution. My bet is they meant 1×10-9, not 1×10-10.
