hi guys
I have a solution of LiBr and a solution of Li2CrO4 I want to determine the weight concentration% for each solution, how I should calculate the amount of solvated salts for each solution?

Do you know the the amount of each salt? Either in g or mol.

unfortunately no :'( , I have heard there must be a reaction or something like titration to determine the amount of solvated salts but I don't know which reaction?

Bromides can be determined by Mohr method:

Chromate can be determined by some redox titration, for example oxidation of Fe2+ solution. I don't have exact procedure at hand, but you should be able to find it in any reasonably serious classical analytical chemistry book.
