Hello!
I have a formula I am looking to try and one of the ingredients is called: "Potato Starch Ester". I was hoping that someone might know what this is and where I could purchase it? I have done several searches through google, INCI, suppliers, etc. and can't seem to figure it out. I have never heard of it before. A clue might be that the formula is from Australia - I thought maybe there is a chance that certain things have different names there compared to here (U.S.)?

Anyway, if anyone knows what this is you will really save the day! : )
