Ph of a solution given the Ph's of its components?

Let's say we have 50 ml of a liquid with a Ph of X and 100 ml of a liquid with a Ph of Y. If we mixed these two together into a single 150 ml solution, given no other information, can we calculate the Ph of the new solution? If so, how?

If there is no reaction between X and Y and no further dissociation if diluted, yes. The pH gives the concentration of H+. You calculate the amount of each solution and later you calculate back with the volume of the mixture.
