LaTeX?

Is it just me, or is it not working at the moment?

[tex]a = \frac 1 2[/tex]

(It doesn't work for me also on other sites using MathJax, and I don't know if it is just my computer, or some wider problem.)

Looks like it is most likely not related to CF - there was a new MathJax version released and files are propagating into the cloud.

http://www.mathjax.org/mathjax-v2-2-now-available/

Clearing the cache should help.

Under Chrome it didn't.

Under Opera it didn't either.

Edit: OK, temporarily patched.

The [itex]TeX[/itex] type setting renders for me in posts but not in post previews on the Android browser.

Here are some examples of the first sentence in this post:

  • What I write:The [itex]TeX[/itex] type setting [b]renders[/b] for me in posts but not in post previews on the Android browser.
    What I see:The [itex]TeX[/itex] type setting renders for me in posts but not in post previews on the Android browser.
  • What I write:The [noparse][itex]TeX[/itex][/noparse] type setting renders for me in posts but not in post previews on the Android browser.
    What I see:The [itex]TeX[/itex] type setting renders for me in posts but not in post previews on the Android browser.
ETA:Upon posting the problem seems to be in how the Android browser handles the preview script. ItMs just a minor inconvenience and not something that needs to be addressed, I just wanted to test my hypotheses in a thread where it was appropriate.
