You're going to have to be more specific, so we can give useful answers. Since we call the table "periodic", it must have a frequency, and over the short term, in between Periods (the horizontal rows, as the table is typically drawn) there is a similarity of physical and chemical properties. But its not perfect, and there's lots of pseudoscience out there regarding patterns that just aren't there. Or of that matter, "frequencies" for other things that don't have a real, useful, empirically determinable pattern. So beware.
