Electrolytes and Conductivity

Can someone please explain to me how to tell is something is a strong, weak or non electrolyte.

Also if the following are SE, WE or NE.
Mg(NO3)2
H2
C6H6
LiOH
CH3COOH
NH4Cl
NH3
Mg(OH)2

And if the electrical conductivities are high, low or zero for the following aqueous solutions.
K2SO4
HI
CH3OH
NaOH
NH3
C6H12O6
BaSO4
CH3COOH
