Incomplete combustion of heptane will have the same products as that of incomplete combustion of any alkane.Incomplete combustion means combustion in less amount of oxygen. Now think of the products formed by incomplete combustion of ethane or butane

For Example:
Complete Combustion of Hexane is: 2(C6H14) + 19O2  :rarrow: 12CO2 + 14H2O + Energy
Incomplete Combustion of Hexane is: C6H14 + 5O2  :rarrow: CO2 + CO + 4C + 7H2O

Incomplete Combustion of Hexane is: C6H14 + 5O2  :rarrow: CO2 + CO + 4C + 7H2O

And why not

2C6H14 + 13O2  :rarrow: 12CO + 14H2O

or

2C6H14 + 7O2  :rarrow: 12C + 14H2O

or any linear combination of these equations?

Your question is ill defined and as such has no unambiguous answer.
