Method for Fat in Honey

i know honey has 0g fat.
what method is used to test it? acid hydrolysis fat (SBR) or dairy fat RG (roese gottlieb) method?

Possibly just something as simple as a petroleum extraction of an aqueous solution of honey.

Extraction with nonpolar solvent followed by gc-fid or gc-ms: There is very little fat in honey. But I did see triglycerides while looking at pesticides in honey. Let me know if any mor info needed.

Bligh/Dyer (1950) extraction.  at least that's the way I would do it.   Then if you want you can saponify the Triacylglycerides and analyze the composition on GC/MS
