Is ph value a proper measurement for acid strength? and why?

How is a acid built up ( which elements you find in an acid molecule). And what is the definition of the pH.

Acidity is still not something that is defined.

Acid strength may relate either to the H+ concentration in the solution or to the ease of dissociation. You have to decide which one you refer to.
