I am very new to this, and would like to know how to make mix to compounds together to get the correct mg/ml

I would like to mix/suspend Enobosarm ((2S)-3-(4-cyanophenoxy)-N-[4-cyano-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2-hydroxy-2-methylpropanamide) (also known as Ostarine, GTx-024 and MK-2866) with PEG 300 and mix into a 50mg/ml

How to do I measure the compounds? If the formula can be explained I would appreciate it.
