Are you sure it's BeH3 and not BH3?

The latter is well-known borane; the former is a complex whose name should be monoberyllium(VII) trihydride.

Use the MSDS blocks in the bottom left of your screen. Try the other blocks as well.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

Does BH3 exist as a dimer?

I think the B-H-B bridge bond not only stabilise the molecule, but also help make up the electron deficient nature of the Boron atom.
