hello,
I had to calculate the pH of a mixture of 5ml of 4M-HCl.
and I got that the pH is negative, how can explaine?

What is there to explain? pH can be negative, it doesn't have to be positive.

BTW, would the result be different for a 3 mL sample of the same acid?

Ka has NOTHING to do with how much volume exists, but the concentrations of reactants and products.  3mL of 5N HCL has the same Ka as 2,000 mL of 5N HCL.
