Reaction of C4H6 and Chlorine

If two gases, C4H6 and Cl2, react what product is produced from the reaction? 1) C8H12Cl2 or 2)C4H6Cl4?

Are we assuming this is done in air?  What method would this reaction proceed?

depends if it is cyclobutene or dimethylacetylene..or..

I had not gone that far yet. I assume homolytic cleavage. I assume butadiene.
