identifying ingredients in supplment
« on: March 07, 2006, 03:15:50 PM »
I have a question and I hope I don't sound like an idiot. I don't know anything about chemistry.  I am trying to find out what is in a weight loss supplement called Fahrenheit.  This type of product usually lists various herbs and other identifiable ingredients, but not in this case. I've googled the ingredients without any luck, and wonder if they have used the chemical names instead, which brings me here, and I hope I'm not intruding.  I hope someone might be willing to help me track down the ingredients or their sources.

Ingredients: A7-E (tm) Super Thermogenic Gel (tm) 15/500 ( lauroyl macrogol-32 glycerides, 5-methyl-7-hydroxy isoflavone propylcarbonate )

Another site says it contains 3;17-dihydroxy-delta-5-etiocholane-7-one diethylcarbonate; Sclaremax [proprietary liquid sclareolide]

I believe the Sclaremax (slcareolide) is clary sage extract.  I am clueless about the rest and hope someone can help.  I know a lot of people taking this, but I worry about ingesting anything mysterious.

Thanks!
