Where do you expect to see it?

I am expecting to see it at 3500-2500 as broad band, but actually no band appeared at this range and only very sharp NH band appeared at 3300 cm-1

I don't recall having seen a spectrum of an N-acylaminoacid before; therefore, I don't have any experiential help to offer.  One trivial explanation of course is that the compound has an ester function at the carboxylic acid.  Is this a commercially-produced material, or is it something that you made?

What about the C=O of the acid, did you see that?
How did you make this compound?
