Gas Pressure

hello, I'm working on a problem involving the pressure of oxygen exerted in blood.  The blood contains 0.25 mg oxygen gas per mL. And I'm to find the pressure exerted by the oxygen in one liter of blood at 37 degrees celsius.  I'm using PV=nRT as a formula.  It seems T is constant, V one =.00025L, V two = 1L, n= 8.0 x 10 ^ -6 mol O2.  P is what I'm trying to find.  Is R, in this case, 0.8211 L*atm/mol*K, and if so how do I modify the formula to acount for the known data?  :)

R = 0.0821 L.atm.mol-1.K-1

0.25mg in 1 mL = 250mg in 1 L = 0.25g in 1L

n = m/M = 0.25g/32g.mol-1 = ??

 thanks, I calculated my moles incorrectly. This can then just be plugged into the P=nRT/V ?
