Hello.

My textbook says that rdf = 4*π*r2*R(r)2. What is R(r)2? Some function of the radius?

Also, when we talk about nodal planes, we're referring to the radial or the angular part of the wavefunction?

Also, when you look at 3d orbitals, how do you see the nodal planes? I understand how it's done in 2p orbitals but not in 3d.

Also, I can't see why 3d orbitals are ungerade.
