I'm sad to say I don't understand your question, and while this may be a language barrier we can both work on, its also not a well thought out question, to begin with.

I don't understand what you mean by "which is first"  I'm guessing you have both free metals, and you're adding a solution of ascorbic acid.  Fine.  But chemicals don't "wait their turns" but instead both reactions happen (if they happen) so I don't know why you're asking.  As for residue acting on free silver metal, that's going to be unlikely, even if the previous part made sense. ;)
